Andy joined from XPS Administration where he had been a Senior Consultant for 11 years. In this role he worked with both defined benefit and defined contribution arrangements and oversaw projects including the closure of defined benefit future accrual, change from final salary to career average, liability reduction exercises, transition and implementation of new schemes and bulk data cleansing leading to scheme wind ups.

He has over 20 years’ experience within the pensions industry having spent five years as an administrator at Hogg Robinson and then five years as an Associate Consultant at Lane Clark & Peacock.

• Diploma in Pension Calculations (DPC)
• Retirement Provision Certificate (RPC)
• Currently studying for an advanced Diploma in Pensions Management (PMI)
