“This is an innovative and ground-breaking initiative to address pension funding that is delivering huge value for the members and for the company. Alan has been instrumental in working with the company to develop this strategy and help bring it to conclusion.”

Duncan Leggett, Chief Financial Officer, Premier Foods

“Alan has worked closely with advisors and with the company to help lead us through a complex risk transfer project. Although focused on the need to consider members’ interests, he proved to be flexible and open to discuss options. He helped to foster an excellent working relationship between the employer, the scheme actuary and the legal advisors and was very knowledgeable and well prepared for the topics covered. Overall, he was a pleasure to work with.”
